Correspondence of the measurement in cm with the size TiNNSON TiNNSON fits normally European shoe that fits larger than a sport shoe, American for example.

My advice: choose your usual size but first use the attached chart. Note that a chelsea boot must hold your foot well, you don't have a lace to adjust. When it is new, it must fit you tightly (obviously without hurting you) and it will be done over the hours and days, the leather will adapt.
