It would be good that one day, scientists look into the case of Manchester: how such a city could generate so many legendary groups? The Stone Roses, The Smiths, Joy Division, New Order, Happy Mondays…just that!
During the year 1993, the most used refrain of this city remains the “ooh aah Cantona! from United supporters. However, thanks to a few brilliant singles, the name of Oasis and the Gallagher brothers (fervent supporters of the Citizens…the rival of united) began to overshadow the local football specialty.
In addition to being talented, Noel and Liam are also decked out with a big mouth and an oversized ego as rarely seen. That said and with hindsight, when you were able to lay two albums like "Definitely Maybe" in 94 and "Morning Glory" in 95, you can afford certain things!
